Adeiladwyr Eryri Builders were contracted to build my house in Criccieth, Cambrian View formerly Cambrian garage and committed to a fixed lump sum price for a 3 bedroom bungalow to NHBC 10 year warranty accreditation. I have known the directors Steve and Clive a long time and was impressed with their previous building projects and knew I could rely on them to deliver
the project to a high standard.
 
The plot was originally a petrol filling station and it is situated right next to a culvert, so it was not a straight forward build and although there was a contingency put aside for unforeseen circumstances Steve and Clive managed to stick to the budget and delivered the project on time.
 
We attained NHBC accreditation and a certificate of completion was awarded following a successful on site air tightness test.
 
Both Steve and Clive are meticulous in their work and informative at all times. They work hard and take responsibility to ensure that they provide a first class service. I am more than happy to provide them with an excellent reference. I hope you will consider them for any, and all aspects of building work.
